What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (for select locations).
Can I pre-book mangoes before the season starts?

Absolutely! We offer pre-booking options for our popular varieties like Banganapally, Pedda Rasalu, and Malgova. Pre-booking ensures you get the freshest fruits at the peak of the season.
Are your mangoes 100% organic?

Yes! Our mangoes are grown without synthetic chemicals, pesticides, or artificial ripening agents. We follow natural farming practices to deliver fresh, safe, and delicious fruits.
How long does delivery take after ordering?

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What if my fruits arrive damaged?

We take utmost care in packing, but if your fruits arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures. We’ll arrange for a quick replacement or refund.
Where are your mangoes sourced from?

All our mangoes are naturally grown and handpicked from farms in the lush villages and hills of Nalgonda District, Telangana. We work directly with farmers to ensure the best quality fruits reach your table.
How do I store the mangoes once received?

Mangoes are best stored at room temperature until they ripen fully. Once ripe, you can refrigerate them to enjoy chilled and extend their shelf life by a few more days.
How do you ensure freshness during delivery?

We harvest only after your order is confirmed to ensure maximum freshness. Our fruits are carefully packed in eco-friendly, breathable packaging and shipped directly from the farm to your doorstep.
