1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation and payment (except Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST are processed the next business day.
2. Dispatch & Delivery:
Fresh fruits like mangoes are harvested only after your order is placed to ensure maximum freshness.
Estimated delivery time is between 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.
We offer free shipping on bulk or pre-booked orders — check ongoing offers on the website!
4. Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver across major cities and towns in India.
For remote or special locations, delivery timelines might vary slightly.
5. Packaging:
We use eco-friendly, breathable, and secure packaging to preserve the freshness and quality of your products during transit.
Returns & Replacement Policy
1. Perishable Goods Policy:
Since fruits are perishable items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered successfully.
2. Damaged or Spoiled Products:
If you receive fruits that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrectly packed, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear pictures of the product, along with your order details, for verification.
3. Replacement or Refund:
After verification, we will either:
Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
Issue a full/partial refund to your original payment method (depending on the issue and quantity affected).
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery:
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order will not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our team directly via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Pre-booked seasonal orders can be canceled only before the harvest date.
After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.
