The Organic Sanctuary (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates this website and sells farm-fresh, organic products directly to customers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in fruit size, color, and ripeness may occur as these are natural farm products.
Product availability may vary based on seasonal harvests and weather conditions. Orders are subject to product availability at the time of dispatch.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment through secure online gateways: UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (available for select areas).
Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is successfully received (except for eligible COD orders).
4. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation, and dispatches are made based on product availability and harvest schedules.
Delivery timelines are estimated between 2–5 business days, depending on your location. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions or logistical issues.
You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
5. Shipping and Handling
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned during checkout.
In case of delayed deliveries, we appreciate your patience and will work closely with logistics partners to resolve issues quickly.
6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we do not accept returns once delivered.
If your product is damaged, spoiled, or wrong upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
7. Pre-Booking Policy
Pre-booked orders for seasonal mangoes are prioritized during the harvest season.
In case of unforeseen crop failure, extreme weather, or shortage, if we are unable to fulfill your pre-booked order, a full refund will be provided.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement.
For pre-booked products, cancellations are accepted only before the harvesting process begins. Contact us promptly for any cancellation requests.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including name, address, and contact details.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including images, logos, designs, product descriptions, and website layout, is the exclusive property of The Organic Sanctuary.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of any material is prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we ensure the highest standards in our farming and delivery processes, The Organic Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, delivery issues, or service interruptions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Telangana.
